Dru Yoga & Mindfulness Classes – gentle and flowing yoga for your whole being, incorporating mindfulness practice.

Feel grounded, energised and inspired. Learn gentle, flowing postures, and breathing practices to bring you into the present. Revitalise your whole being – bringing awareness to your body, heart, mind and spirit, and empower your strengths and inner resources.

Stretch and strengthen your physical body, relieve tension, and boost your energy levels. Increase your inner and outer balance; positive outlook and sense of natural confidence. Improve your emotional well-being and relaxation skills.

Specific Mindfulness practices are incorporated into these classes offering a practical and easily applied approach, and a full guided relaxation completes each class.

These are inclusive yoga classes and are suitable for those new to yoga, as well as to those who would like to deepen their yoga practice. Erika teaches with deep respect for the ancient yoga tradition, as well as a sense of fun, joy, lightness and practicality.

    Thank you for your inspiring knowledge into this. I am a massive yoga fan and agree with you that yoga actually has the energy to transform all areas of or lives 🙂 .
